The Vote Counting Centre in the Big Four
is a dangerous insecure, set-up, perhaps to make up
for the loss of voting machines. This LAEA provision was meant for
small towns with few people. It is absolutely an abuse in a City of some 1.4 million people!
A cavernous, echoing, poorly lit building with
no seluded separation for polls, an additional 150 extra vote counters
brought in - Councillor vote unannounced on Election day to supposedly
deal with Advance Poll. One election with machines and now
we are completely unable to count all votes on election day.
A full day of counting after Election Day. Overwhelming of the
scrutineers to a full extra day, ( strangely, only the labor candidates
would have volunteers to do this.) What could possibly go wrong?
Call it by name, Delocalization of the Vote Count - severed from the
known poll workers in a separate community poll, with secure rooms and restricted
officials observing in quiet, well-lit rooms.

1. Mayoral task force on investigating previous Calgary election
Anomalies. Advance Poll voters not checked off, lack of enforcement of citizenship status, residency list being seen
as adequate.
a. Nenshi and the 2010 Swearing In scandal & manipulative polling
b. Nenshi undue influence of 2017
c. City of Calgary 2021 election bylaw non conformance with voting machines.

2. The institution of a city council impartial speaker to run council meetings.
The bias and manipulation from the mayor's chair is used by administration to
have their unseemly sway over the majority of council. I do not want to be caught up in the mechanics of running a meeting with contentious factions vying for airtime. I need time to study the issues in depth - I want to forbid administration from cooking the motions by pre-determination, with a compliant mayor in tow.

3. The revoking of all DEI measures (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion) in the Entire city of calgary corporation. A audit of all employees hired under dEI standards to make sure that merit based qualifications are prominent in all situations.

4. The simplification of city council agenda items coming before committees and council.
No long, fluffed upped reports, no royalty language pushing costs beyond adequate standards, no poison pills measures put in on page 397 of a 400 page report.

5. The elimination of the positions of Ethics Counselor andIntegrity Commissioner positions. These have been weaponized to censor and restrict the councillor/mayor's representation of the people who elected them. Let the voters be the judge, and let the regular court system deal with any violations. (Update: According to the Calgary Electoral returning head, the recently proclaimed Bill of the UCP government in August abolished all Muncipalities in Alberta, therefore the Integrity Commissioner in Calgary has been let go, and the Ethics Counsellor reduced to
mere legal Counsel on conflicts of interest situations.)

6. Stop the replication of city units that mirror the functions of ministries already covered in provincial or federal governments. Eliminate any such existing replications ( ie. Environment climate emergency!!! )
7. Stop the uglification and weedification of the landscaping of the city of calgary.
Keep all public lands well mowed and weed free, dead trees removed, existing adequate watering of live trees.

8. Public Standard Bylaw complaints. Rather that waiting for complaints to be made by 311, have public communities regularly scouted, by staff teams, to pro-actively notify residents of violations and with quick remedies enforced. Bylaw officers who know the law, to bring entire neighborhoods up to standard on an annual basis. (trash, weed, dangers, vandalism)

9. Rapid graffiti response team - working from the most recent incident, to eliminate perpetrator's 'display time satisfaction' reduced down to a few hours. Effective severe punishment of vandals 'work' cold weather application of washable chalk to cover up in cold, until warm weather remediation is possible.

10. Fare ticket gate entrance only to LRTsystems to reduce cheating and
'criminal tours' transportation.

11. Even handed, legal policing of demonstrations with quick shutdown & Charges
of illegal occupations and traffic stoppages. (Including politicized Muslim prayer occupations that block access)

12. Revocation of fluoridisation of the water system. Education as to the harms thereof.

13. Revocation of blanket rezoning bylaw - preservation of R1 residential districts as essential levels of real estate choice in the city

14. The revoking of unnecessary urban design excesses and charges passed onto the homeowners costs.

15. Revocation of market assessment property taxes assessment for retired siniors without an active income. No more squeezing of house poor seniors.

16. The elimination of all drag grooming exhibitions to children or adults in city run facilities.

17. Ten for one rule on regulations: for every new regulation introduced, ten regulations must be eliminated.

18. Bring a series of conservative urban design speakers to the city to contrast with current 'smart city' proponents.

19. Bring back the name and historical exhibits of Fort Calgary - roll back of Indigenization the City of Calgary,

22. Promote positive, wholesome, welcoming atmosphere to child bearing and protection of the unborn by education campaigns.

23. Stick to our knitting in Calgary. Avoid focus on Global problems while neglecting homelessness and housing
in our City. Reopen Mental Hospitals to treat those who have gone mad.

24. The future of Alberta remaining in Canada seems to be in question. The newly elected Mayor should prepare the City for the New Alberta if citizens feel we no longer survice in the current status quo.

25. The Calgary Economic Development Authority should be either vastly scaled back or abolished.
It is not the role of the City to be choosing winners and losers in Economic Development. The latest folly is the
Energy Transition Centre favoring 'low carbon' alternatives. When you hear this phrase, you are no longer dealing with serious people. Alberta's future for many decades will be the further development of normal and abundant gas and oil resources.
26. I as Mayor will reinstitute a opening Council Prayer to God, and no phony 'land acknowledgement' will be uttered by my lips. (Save Psalm 24:1)

27. In accordance with the history of Calgary's origin, hold daily Christian prayer meetings in the Mayor area office
on weekdays to ask for God's Blessing on the activities of Calgary City Hall.

28. In the news are the drug consumption site and the 120 Electric Buses on order. Obviously, I would axe both, but there are literally thousands of things which need to be reversed, including the letting go of thousands of non-productive City of Calgary employees. Let's start with the eleventh floor.

29. With the recent political assasination of Turning Point's President, Charlie Kirk in Utah at the young age of 31, that the group emerging as TRANS-ANTIFA needs to be designated as a domestic terrorist entity. There is no indication that this madness will not accelerate in Canada.
(The leftist University Professors are the base source of this teaching !)

30. Commission a Mayoral Office investigation into the last four civic elections to discover why a basically Convervative City, keeps turning to the far left. If something is amiss, perhaps follow the money trail that will lead us to the perpetrators.

31. Make the Nativity Scene the Central Christmas Display in the City Hall during the Christmas Season.
(Last seen during Nenshi's last term beside the back men's Washroom.)

32. In view of the New Alberta as a Nation - Teach Calgarians as to the necessity for the restoration of capital punishment, for 1st degree murder, and treason which can take place in civic settings as well.)

33. Budget Adjust to allow for a 10% or more reduction in all property taxes due in June 2026.
$2,000 Property Tax rebate in January 2026 to seniors who are on fixed income. (From Reserves)

34. Lobby Alberta Government Change Property Tax Market Accessment Value (value set yearly )to previous MGA 1994 Market Value Standard (average set every 8 years )for all seniors on fixed income. ( July 2026)



35. I Pledge a Mayoral Office investigation into the operations of Ethnik Festivals to see if there is a NGO promotion of Incumbent voting base cultivation. I was not notified or invited to the Mayoral Forum they sponsored yesterday, even thou the Calgary Public Libraries was one of the sponsors of this NGO. Why would they want to keep the most conservative value candidate out of a 3 hour forum, involving 6 of the current 8 candidates registered.

36. While Reading on a book entitled, Churchill On Leadership it became crystal clear to me what the unified 311 complaint call system in Calgary should be called out for the diversionary ruse that it is to escape responsibility.
In the last meeting of this term last week.... the Councillors were arrogantly told that if their ward constituent had a complaint, they were call 311 instead of the Councillor dealing with it.
Well of course, we now realize calling 311 instead of department heads, removes direct contact of the public with that department. No one knows who the complaint is passed onto, no name, no specific department, no talking directly to those involved. AND NO ONE NAMED TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!!! The public has no opportunity to observe whether those persons are competent, fully understand the problem, or can be evaluated as to their performance. The perfect ruse to minimize public contact and knowledge. Perfect for the DEI system where the public has no opportunity to see whether the manager is actually suited to the job, whether or not their skill set is adequate. The 311 system needs drastic revision and the public reacqainted to those persons who do the work.

37. It is apparent that Alberta is being destroyed by the Liberal Government, and that we can no longer exist under such treasonous Leaders. I support the referendum to have Alberta become a separate nation, in hopes that the
remnants of the Old True , Loyal Canada may find it's home in our God Blessed Province.

38. The only candidate that will mention this ! Stop the insane replacment of perfectly good intersection pedestrians easements with ones with yellow traction plates. Not only is this huge waste, the yellow plate becomes rusted out
uglies within 2 years. How much more economic to give a subsidy to wheelchairs users with studded traction rubber wheels instead, instead of a highly lucrative construction contract to a favored firm. Somebody knows who started this scam! (Nenshi era!)

39. Reverse the City motto back from "Blue Sky City" a nothingburger, back to "Be Part Of The Energy"
See if we can recover the money from this waste, and a note of apology for scamming.



Calgary cannot be restored to it's true potential until we return to the values
that actually built it. No amount of multi-cult or nature animism will suffice.
Only the Judeo-Christian values revival can do it. It all depends on how
desperate Calgarians are for a restoration. This does not mean a negation of the
culture of your origin, but a recognition that assimilation and acceptance to how
Western society is structured and governed, is the only way to maintain it. It was
this stability that prompted most immigrants to come to our nation. It is fast ebbing
away to the darkness of a thousand years of confusion.

Deity's Help Replaced By Civic Perfectionism?

Dec. 15th - Having Read Over the four documents to be presented to Council for a Special Meeting on December 10th. 2013. a familiar theme emerged. The scope of the Arts Plan far overreaches both the financial limits and the practical mandate of what The City of Calgary can accomplish. Following the poorly conceived,utopian goals of Imagine Calgary, the Arts Plan continues with an unrealistic and ruinous Vision plan, that if fully implemented, would drain all other City budgets of all resources. For instance, Imagine Calgary is cited for this foundation gem. "Target 86: By 2036, 95 percent of Calgarians report that they have a range of opportunities for the aesthetic enjoyment of nature, arts and culture."
The fact is, that many Calgarians now have very meager budgets for any kind of entertainment, due to the high taxation, slowed economy, mortgage payments, and constantly shrinking value of their money and investments.

Or take this gem that soars to heights unknown in a religious Millennial Civic Kingdom: "Target 102: By 2036 100 per cent of Calgarians report that they feel respected and supported in their pursuits of meaning, purpose and connectedness, and that they extend respect and support to others who meet this need in ways different from their own."
What kind of misguided earthly Messiah would write such a document as a foundation vision statement for a city. And what kind of people or politicians would fall for it?
So when the Calgary Arts Plan starts with goals like this, is it any wonder that the resulting
document, must be a no go zone?
Obviously, this Camelot of 2036 has no need of a police force, social services, or student loans. And apparently, it this Civic Shangri-La functions independent of any problems or disasters hitting the provincial, federal or international arenas.
So what are the specific weaknesses which call out for the rejection of this plan by the City Councilors in March 2014?
1. The Arts Plan aims for 100% per cent of citizens to patronize the Arts. As we know, sports is the focus for many who will experience only minimal enjoyment of the Arts. Overly Expansive Goal Setting cannot be financially costed out, nor can it be estimated what the participation will be, or the supposed return when the saturation and operational limits are reached.
2. The Arts Plan is an artificial inflation of Arts aspirants, which could swell the ranks of the mediocre, and hinder the progress of the brilliant. The reality is that most people's artistic talents will be expressed in private family forums, not the spotlighted stage and there's nothing wrong with that.
3. The Arts Plan is based on the illusion of everyone being a rising platform audience generating Star. This deception is also typical of 'professional' childhood sports in the hopes of a breakthrough that the parents themselves never achieved. Very wasteful and very disappointing for the majority, and sometimes a permanent turn off to any future involvement. The fact is, that exceptional artistic talent is somewhat of a rarity, and it is the exceptional that drives the audiences to attend in great numbers. Non exceptional talent, cannot compete with mass media multi-million dollar blockbusters.
4. The Arts Plan assumes that those not able to make a living by sold tickets, can always find a job in an ever increasing involvement in the educational system, in all of the subjects. Let's face it, the Arts are one area of life, and the other subjects which are more vital to the economy, need to have their own dedicated space.
5. The Arts Plan to be administered in it's present form, will require a massive increase in City staff and resources to implement it. All of this when the financial system teeters near the edge, and the baby boom generation is retiring in great numbers. When through over taxation, more and more Seniors lose their homes and savings, the inheritance base passed on to the younger generation, will evaporate at the very time when the worker per retireee ratio becomes unsustainable.
6. The Arts Plan is oblivious to the fact that some of the Arts, require a certain level of mental discipline to enjoy properly, and will therefore always have a limited audience in an age of shortened attention spans.

I do hope that the Councillors must realize, that even a large panel of enthusiaists, cannot replace the need for wisdom in the demands that are placed on the citizens who placed them into office.

A constant inundation of lower common denominator behaviors, what is allowed to be tolerated in public, has been found in studies to change people's values away from what they in their hearts once believed. Liberals don't make Cities Liberal. Cities tend to make people Liberal, especially those who are not on active defense of their traditional values. Just a few decades ago, this sort of activity in public would have been unthinkable, and is a shocking abuse of a child's natural innocence, something they can only lose once. The LCD's are doubly reinforced when authority figures including contingent's from the police, fire, and sports community are added into the mix.
This hiving sort of urban activity leads to the sort of statements expressed about inclusive mentalities, people begin to reflexively dismiss conservative ideas, policies or personalities - even mock or demonize them, without thinking of how our nation became successful in the first place.
This 'brave new world' of LCD's has predictable outcomes if past history is wisely read and understood.
"Martians who, arriving on Earth for the first time, encounter a Ford Mustang convertible.
Not having any idea what it is or its maker's intended use, the Martians mistakenly conclude
it must be a hot tub and proceed to fill it with water and bathe in it. And then when you
come along and tell them they're ruining this valuable car by their misuse of it, they become
angry and accuse you of attempting to deny them their rightful pleasure."
Without the understanding of our spiritual origin and destiny - of who we are and what
purpose our Maker intended for us - we can't possibly understand sex and its intended role
in our lives. Instead, all we have driving us are the desires, the physical and emotional
'needs," cravings, and compulsions we find welling up within us. ... Some desires are normal
and God-given. Other cravings are rooted in trauma and misperceptions. Still others
more darkly, are willful planned rebellions aimed at evil and harm.
Instead of looking to the wisdom of our Judeo-Christian ethical truths, and the inner
conscience that testifies to them, many of us rely on emotional feelings alone to guide us
through life. And lasting fufillment slips out of our grasp.

Transit Workers Sickness

It was reported last week at Calgary City Hall that
Transit workers had a higher rate of sick days than other departments
and it was a concern due to the cost of replacement workers that are funded
from the benefits fund.
It is not surprising that those who encounter the public at close contact
would come down quicker with the colds and respiratory ailments their passengers are carrying.
Combine that with the frequent opening and closing of doors to the outside
cold air and multiple handrails touched on the buses and C-trains and you
have a formula for compromised immune systems.
It might be a cost effective move to have something like chewable orange flavored vitamin
C's available to all drivers, who could chew them 4 or 5 five times a day to keep
up their resistance to multiple exposures

City Hall Scrums
When were the Good Old Days? Nov.29 -2013

Here we go again.....
Why is it that almost every City Hall media interview ends up
with a mass scrum around Naheed Nenshi, so much so
that it is his filter of the events that ends up overpowering any other perspective?
Has the local media forgotten the way balanced and interesting
news can be reported beyond their favorite hobby horses? How about highlighting more of the councilors or those in the City administration. He is but one of 15 votes on Council. Or is the mayor's perspective so close to the 'uber' media that they pull like magnets to platitudes that sound good to their ears and require little investigative work.

It would do the current media a world of good to examine the way Ralph Klein did his City Hall reporting for CFCN in the 70's. Don Martin describes Klein's technique: "Klein rarely bothered with news conferences and usually dispensed with covering City Council's official reaction. He abhorred the premixed pabulum his profession was expected to dish out as civic affairs coverage.

Others shied away to other options fearing or being misled, by Media shaming. But I think the issues I raised are of prime importance as we will see in the coming four years. What Most People in the Audience Saw When Nenshi Swore Into Office.

Lawyer Chima Nkemdrim, his chief of staff
and long-time friend, swore in Nenshi.

At least this time someone who by virtue of profession
is a Commissioner for Oaths, swore Nenshi in.
Three years ago in Oct. 2010, his sister Shaheen swore him in
when not being qualified to do so.
( Nenshi had back then been sworn in privately by the City Clerk earlier
in the day, outside of the time period of the Municipal Government Act. Two Oaths were
signed that day, both not within the requirements. See City Watch Page )
Having a family member swear in the mayor is not proper anyway. It is too closely
reflective of the nepotism that is so common in third world countries.
As it unfolded, the Mayor's mother put the chain of office on his neck.
So the official duties were all among family and a friend.
But the optics are still troubling in that a subordinate who works under
Nenshi in his office and a close friend, is the one who confers the authority
of the Mayor's Office upon his boss. For a major office such as
Calgary's Chief Elected Official, the Mayor, should that person not
be sworn in by a Provincial Judge who holds real authority
over the oversight of the municipal office?
Perhaps the Koran has a reason in Surah (Chapter) 3:100
100. O you who believe! If you obey a group of those who were given the
Scripture (Jews and Christians), they would (indeed) render you disbelievers
after you have believed!
And Surah 5:59-60 Reveals the insistence of adding and subtracting from Scripture and the belief of the fate of all the people of the Holy Bible who refuse to receive the Koran.
59. Say: "O people of the Scripture (Jews and Christians)! Do you criticize us for no other reason than that we believe in Allah, and in (the revelation) which has been sent down to us and in that which has been sent down before (us), and that most of you are Fasiqun [rebellious and disobedient (to Allah)]?"

60. Say (O Muhammad to the people of the Scripture): "Shall I inform you of something worse than that, regarding the recompense from Allah: those (Jews) who incurred the Curse of Allah and His Wrath, those of whom (some) He transformed into monkeys and swines, those who worshipped Taghut (false deities); such are worse in rank (on the Day of Resurrection in the Hell-fire), and far more astray from the Right Path (in the life of this world)."
Of Course Christians are grafted into the Jewish Root according
to the New Testament so this would also apply to them.
Is this the basis of social harmony and respect for a new four year term on City Council?

Many citizens of Calgary felt disenfranchised in the last Calgary Municipal Elections.
They are feeling at a loss by the way the liberal media massage presents favorably only candidates who are liberal in social values, and left-wing big spenders in their economics of how a City should be run. And now it has all happened again, for another four years now!
Terms such as building 'social infrastructure' are code words that sound conservative, but are content-laden with freight that goes far beyond our means to pay for as taxpayers.
It is also noticeable that social liberalism always undermines the moral discipline needed to maintain economic conservative values. You see, the same discipline you need to faithfully pay for your household bills, is the same discipline you need to prevent going out of bounds on wild spending sprees of ungoverned morality impulses.
Now we see in the back mirror, that our taxes have risen 32% in just three years of the Nenshi purple regime.
Anyone here gone purple in the face seeing it rise?

In light of the recent Islamic terrorist Attacks does it make sense for Calgary voters have endorsed a Mayor who has once again sworn into Office with his hand on the Koran? Of Course, equating criticism of a religion's failings with racial discrimination ( race is a God ordained and sacred thing by the way ) is an example of shoddy, illogical thinking. Both Christianity and Islam are multiracial faiths. But the consistent application of the written beliefs produce entirely different results as we see in the nightly news.

Faith values should never be treated as a' lifestyle accessory,' a mere matter of inner preference, but as a fundamental guide to action. But if the faith belief also involves a fundamental resignation to fate apart from human agency, as is found in Isalm, it can also be a guide to inaction on critical issues.

An individual represents himself or his family in their individual faith choice. And that is a freedom fought for and protected in Canadian history. But when a mayor's office is sworn in, that person represents the people of Calgary corporately as an entity. And the faith sworn upon corporately should be capable of maintaining a democratic system that originated upon the Judeo-Christian values base. Also be assured, that the Islamic world makes no separation of Church (Mosque) and State. A mayor as a ruler over a people in a way involving more that just the political and administrative. On top of that, the worldly principalities and powers over Calgary (fallen spiritual entities which are invisible like the good angels ) take notice too and see the choice that corporate Calgary has made and respond accordingly.
 Since I have training in Christian Theology, and study in Islamic theology it is important to note the following passage of Scriptures from Exodus 20:3-5. The first two, and the most fundamental pillars of the Ten Commandments which used to be posted and taught in our public schools.
"3. You Shall Have No Other Gods before Me. 4 You shall not make for yourself an image in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below. 5 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the Lord your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the parents to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me."

Among many in the elite educational and powerful gate keepers of our society, it has become a cause célèbre to downgrade and turn their dismissive backs on the Christian faith of our childhood. And then give moral equivalence or even superiority, to what is regarded in their minds as more exotic faiths.
